100g Lean Corned Beef with 50g of Mature Cheddar Cheese.
1 Apple.
Bowl of Strawberries.
Lunch (2:30 pm):
100g Lean Corned Beef with 50g of Mature Cheddar Cheese.
1 Apple.
120g Yoghurt.
Meal 4 (5:30 pm):
400g Yoghurt.
1 Banana.
Dinner (7:30 pm):
250g Lamb Steak with some Chips and Garlic bread (forgive me Conan!).
1 Pint Chocolate Milkshake (2% fat).
Supper (11:00 pm):
2 Pints of Milk (2% fat).
