1 Banana.
100g yoghurt.
Meal 4 (5:30 pm):
150g Chicken breast meat.
50g Mature Cheddar Cheese.
Dinner (9:00 pm):
Grilled Pork Shoulder steak with some melted cheese on a bed of salad with balsanic vinegar.
Supper (12:00 am):
1 Pint of Chocolate Milkshake (full fat).
Bowl of Strawberries and Grapes.
