1 Banana.
Pre-workout meal (5:00 pm):
Banana.

250g Home-made beef bolognaise sauce (tomatos, beef, herbs, onion and garlic).
Snack (10:00 pm):
Couple of generous scoops of full fat ice cream with some crushed nuts.

1 Pint Chocolate Milkshake (full fat).
50g Mature Cheddar Cheese.
