100g Yoghurt.
1 Banana.
Meal 4 (5:00 pm):
250g Chichen breast meat.
Dinner (8:30 pm):
200g Home-made curried lean Pork loin with some onion and tomato.
Supper (12:30 pm):
1 Pint Chocolate Milkshake (full fat).
50g Mature Cheddar Cheese.
